However the generation gap seems to be limiting to those born pre-1980; they are called Digital Immigrants. This is because they can keep up-to-date with new technology and even know how to use it, but there will still be a part of them that will never understand these technologies as do those born post-1980, or Digital Natives.
So, how do technological immigrants compensate for their inherited ignorance of technology?
